in the world.The concept of
stepwise education has been implemented
in millions of schools.Why do children join different streams of coaching from middle school level?Why are creative activities &
talent hunt shows stressed upon at toddlers or teen level?Reason for this is to
analyse the child,his interest & talents & prepare him for his
future.It could have been that children study all the subjects &do any work
but they choose stream of their interest & work according to their
goals.This provides a specific runway to the students to reach a specific
destination & fly in endless sky.

The role of an architect is to make a plan
before starting the construction &
laying the foundation ,similarly one has to plan the bridge upon the foundation of talent & knowledge
to be the achiever of his goals.It is
better to start off early with your plans as no one knows when time would fly
past you.An individual must manage his time well according to the
priorities by demand of time.Let us
consider a jar which we fill with our
priorities compared to same with pebbles & stones & sand.We will surely
fall short of space but if we put our bigger priorities first say stones in the jar,the smaller ones say
pebbles and then sand in it,definitely there would be space left in the jar to
add more i.e.luxuries of life.So,one should manage his or her time in such a
way that your higher priorities get the first place & the order

So it is a must to manage your time and
make way for your desires & ambitions in life.

begins to work for his goals,he is sure to create a successful world of his
own.God has given each one a brain,some physical characteristics &24 hrs.
To work out but what makes a person great is the amount of brain one utilizes to accomplish his goals.People
like Einstein,Newton,Abraham Lincoln ,Edison are known as great not because
they were extra ordinary but they utilised the brain from an early time to
produce extraordinary results.

What an individual wants to be in future,a
child must hold the characteristics required ideally to achieve your goals like
hardwork,sincerity ,punctuality,focus,discipline,optimism,determination.
Hardwork is a main characteristic which a
successful person holds.Thomas Edison
failed a thousand times but what made him successful was his strong
determination,hardwork & his optimistic quality.He said”I have not failed a
thousand times but I have found a thousand ways which would not find me
succeeds and I have found a new way to succeeed”.
A glass half filled with water may be half
empty for others.It is an individual point of view.

A disciplined mind has the ability of being
a supermind.Determination is the abilitywhich can hit the target to achieve
your goals.The best example is derived from Hindu mythology,the great archer of
mahabharat Arjun who was asked to shoot at the fish eye.When asked by his teacher Dronacharya,what he could see?he answered
‘the fish’s eye’.This shows the level of focus,concentration & his
determination.
If all the above qualities are inculcated
in a student right from childhood,a huge
ower of power will be developed to cross the heights of success.
According to me,the interests of the
children must be brought out through activities at primary level.The talents of
the child must be recognised & professionals to be appointed who train the
students from middle school level
according to their capabilities.Schools must provide a platform where interests
meet talent.If a child is good at dancing,instead of making him an Engineer
orIPS,he must be sent to a dancing School so that his talents & interests
become his breadearning & he will take part whole heartedly in all his tasks.An
example of Bollywood,the”3Idiots”is
the best example which teaches us the basics of life which proves one can never
be successful in life until he works in his own area of interest.One of the
best dialogue of the movie is”Run after perfection &success will run
after you”can be a motivation for all.This attitude a person must have
to achieve success in life.Whatsoever happens keep in mind”All is Well”
What if Sachin’s father would have asked
him to become a Singer & Lata Mangeshkar’s father would have asked her to
be a bowler.They both would have been
unsuccess ful in life.
Begin to work from now on &make your
luck go your way because God sends human & not luck,it is the people
themselves who make their luck with their efforts.
